Keep Your Kid's Roots Stronger

At one time, there were two neighbors living next to each other. One of them was a retired teacher and another was an insurance agent who showed great interest in technology. Both of them were planted different trees in their garden. The retired teacher was supplying small amounts of water to his plants and not always paying attention to them, on the other hand, the neighboring technology was interested in technology, provided plenty of water to its plants and looked after them very well.

Retired teacher's plants were easy but looked good. Many of the insurance agent's plants were full and deer. One day, at night, there was an air due to a small rain and a minor storm. The next morning, both neighbors came to visit the damage of their garden. Insurance agent saw that his plant roots are closed and completely destroyed. However, the retired teacher's plant was not damaged and stood firmly.
The neighbor of the insurance agent was surprised to see that he went to a retired teacher and asked, "We both grew the same vegetation together, I really did better for you than your plant and even gave it even more water, nevertheless, my plant is closed from the roots, not yours How is that possible?
The retired teacher laughed and said, "You gave your trees more attention and water, but for that reason they did not have to work for themselves. You are easy for them, even though I just supplied them enough water and let their roots find more. And, for that reason, their roots become deeper and strengthen their position.

Moral: This story is about parenting where children like leaves. If all of them are given, then they will not understand how hard they work to achieve these. They will not learn to work and respect themselves. Sometimes given them is good to guide them instead. Teach them how to walk, but let them follow their path.
